[. . . ] It may be helpful therefore to switch the rinse aid off - please note that only some dishwashers have this facility - and select the lowest possible setting for water hardness. For more information please refer to the instruction manual. If you decide to turn back to the use of the standard detergent system we advise that you: q q Refill both the salt container and rinse aid dispenser. Switch the water hardness setting to the highest possible position and run a normal washing programme without a load. Readjust the water hardness setting again according to the hardness of the water in your area. DE19 DE22 4. Close the lid and press until it locks in place. q Fill with detergent (Detergent dispenser type A) 1. Open the dispenser lid by pulling the catch (D). Fill the detergent dispenser with detergent. The marking indicates the dosing levels: Min = approximately 15 g of detergent Max = approximately 30 g of detergent 3. Close the lid and press until it locks in place. Concentrated detergent Based on their chemical composition, dishwasher detergents can be split into two basic types: - conventional, alkaline detergents with caustic components. - low alkaline concentrated detergents with natural enzymes. Close the door, the countdown will start automatically. The countdown will decrease with step of 3 hours. The opening of the door will not stop the countdown. Once the delay start has elapsed the programme will start automatically. 4. Setting and starting the programme Press the push button corresponding to the required programme (see "Washing programmes" chart). The indicator light corresponding to the programme remains illuminated while the other programme indicator lights will turn off. The start of the washing programme will occur only once closed the door, until then it is possible to change the programme selection simply pressing the push button of another programme. Close the dishwasher door, the programme will start automatically. Cancelling a "delay start" in progress To cancel a delay start in progress you must follow the same procedure as for cancelling a running programme (see "To cancel a washing programme") . In this case the washing programme must be set again. 5. Interrupting, changing or cancelling a washing programme Interrupt, change or cancel a washing programme in progress ONLY if it's absolutely necessary 7. End of the washing programme The dishwasher will automatically stop and an intermittent audible signal informs you of the end of the washing programme. [. . . ] The water inlet hose must not be kinked, crushed, or entangled when it is being connected up. 33 Water outlet hose connection The end of the drain hose can be connected in the following ways: 1.
