In the event of a mechanical rupture causing a leak, this gas could ignite if naked flames or sparks are present. For this reason do not use electrical appliances inside the refrigerator, and do not place heating equipment or other sources of heat using naked flames inside or close to the refrigerator. The refrigerant is heavier than air and for this reason would be concentrated at the bottom of the appliance. [. . . ] The old fuse should be replaced by a 13 amp ASTA approved BS1362 fuse and the fuse cover/carrier must be refitted before the plug is used again.
