Stain removal · Light metallic stains (aluminium residues) can be removed from the cooking zone with a ceramic hob cleaning agent such as Vitroclen. · Sugar solutions, food stuffs with a high sugar content, plastics, or kitchen foil must be removed immediately with a scraper. If this type of soilage is not removed immediately it can cause irreparable damage to the ceramic glass surface.
