For a complete restriction coverage you should set restrictions for both General and Children in the Age Block Option. Even if you choose to leave the Aux inputs unblocked, the ratings you specify will automatically restrict the programming that appears from the video sources. You can set Parental Control for general audiences and for children to be active at the same time. You cannot disable Parental Control by disconnecting the TV from power.
