Choose how long after you press a key that a character begins repeating. Use this feature to prevent unauthorized system boot-up or use of BIOS Setup. All of these parameters are hardware dependent. A wrong parameters may be caused the mainboard out of order. Run the Chipset Features Setup as follows.
