Sage Accpac HRMS eRecruiter module
eRecruiter is a Web-based recruitment management solution designed to help you launch online recruiting strategies and optimize your entire recruiting process. It's designed with HR departments in mind,  whether the recruiting function is performed by busy HR managers,  dedicated recruiters,  or hiring managers. eRecruiter for Sage Accpac HRMS v8. 5 has several new enhancements: the ability to identify applicants who do or do not meet job requirements,  filter EEO reports using meet/does not meet job requirement flags,  new Veteran categories added to eRecruiter Applicant Profile,  and new Veterans category responses will transfer to HRMS at hire. To allow flexibility for customers to ask compliance-related applicant questions,  Sage Accpac HRMS eRecruiter now allows the administrator to select which questions to display on the application and the applicant profile pages,  for example: age,  gender,  citizenship,  and work permit status.
