Installation

It is easy to install the SATA converter board to any IDE device because they are foolproof. The SATA cable can only go in one way to the SATA Converter board or SATA controller card. Make sure that power is connected to the Converter Board and the Device (hard disk,  CDROM drive etc. ) Connect one end of the Serial ATA cable to the Converter board and the other end to the SATA controller. Connect the Converter board to the IDE device and Y-Splitter power cord.
