Electroluxisnotliable inthefollowingsituations(whicharenotexhaustive): (a) theApplianceisdamagedby: (i) accident (ii) misuseorabuse, includingfailuretoproperlymaintainorservice (iii) normalwearandtear (iv) powersurges, electricalstormdamageorincorrectpowersupply (v) incompleteorimproperinstallation (vi) incorrect, improperorinappropriateoperation (vii) insectorvermininfestation (viii) ailuretocomplywithanyadditionalinstructionssuppliedwith f theAppliance;
(b) theApplianceismodifiedwithoutauthorityfromElectroluxinwriting; (c) heAppliance'sserialnumberorwarrantysealhasbeenremoved t ordefaced; (d) heAppliancewasservicedorrepairedbyanyoneotherthan t Electrolux, anauthorisedrepairerorASC.
