To set the time of day in hours and minutes press and hold the and buttons simultaneously for 1 second until the dots on the clock display start flashing. Adjust the time of day using the and buttons. After 8 seconds from the last adjustment, the dots will stop flashing, confirming the time has been set. You can also confirm your changes by pressing the timer button. Activating the child lock When the child lock is engaged, the oven cannot be switched on. Switch off the appliance using the "ON/OFF" button. Press the function buttons simultaneously, hold until the words LOCKED are displayed, a single beep will sound to confirm the operation. Demo Mode This mode is intended to be used in retail shops to demonstrate the oven functionality without any power consumption except to the oven lamps. The suggested temperature display is replaced with the oven centre temperature and a thermometer icon. Select the desired oven function and cooking temperature. Press the "Time" as often as necessary, until the "cook time" || symbol appears. After 5 seconds from the last time adjustment the "timer arrow" will disappear and your appliance is now programmed. When the set time has elapsed, a signal will sound.
