The cooker hood is not working effectively The cooker hood has switched off during operation If after all these checks, the fault persists, contact your local Service Force Centre, quoting the model and serial number. Please note that it will be necessary to provide proof of purchase for any in-guarantee service calls. In-guarantee customers should ensure that the above checks have been made as the engineer will make a charge if the fault is not a mechanical or electrical breakdown. Venting kits maybe purchased through your retailer or DIY store, and EN must be ducted to an outside vent of 125mm (5") minimum. The ducting used must be manufactured from fire retardant material.
