When the visor reaches position (B) the motor starts with a low speed and increases in speed as the visor pulls out. The hood has an intensive speed function which turns on when the visor is fully extended. The intensive speed will last for about 5 minutes, then the high speed function automatically returns to a lower speed. The intensive speed function can be turned off before 5 minutes by pushing in the visor about 10 mm. The time can vary a little and it can not be changed. Best results are obtained by using low speed for normal conditions and high speed when smells and steam are more concentrated. Turn the hood on a few minutes before you start cooking then you will get an underpressure in the kitchen.
