Safety
These warnings have been provided in the interest of your safety. Ensure that you understand them all before installing or using this appliance. The cooker is intended for normal household use. [. . . ] Do not forget to remove the packing material from inside the oven.
Before you use the oven for the first time, you must burn it off. Make sure that there is good ventilation by starting the extractor fan or opening a window. Then do this: 1 Open the oven door and remove all the accessories from the oven cavity. Start the oven with top/bottom heating . 3 Leave the oven at this setting for about one hour. 5 Leave the oven at this setting for about 30 minutes. 6 Turn the function knob to 0 and turn off the temperature knob. 7 Then leave the oven door open for about two hours and air out the kitchen. Sand can cause scratches while sugar and salt can ruin the glass ceramic plate. Always dry pots and pans before placing them on the ceramic glass plate. The coloured décor on the ceramic glass plate can become worn and scratched in time after it has been used.
The heating zones
The knobs for the heating zones are marked from 0 to 12, where 12 provides the highest heat. The display can only be switched off if no Countdown temperature or core
is entered.

General Hints
· After a function has been selected, the display flashes for about 5 seconds. While it flashes, the desired time can be set using the + or buttons. When the desired time has been set, the display flashes for another 5 seconds. Press any of the buttons to stop the signal. The desired oven function and temperature can be selected before or after setting the clock functions. When cooking is finished, turn the oven and temperature selectors back to zero.

Countdown
This function has no effect on the operation of the oven. "0. 00" flashes in the display.

2. Within 5 seconds set the desired countdown using the + or - buttons (max. After 5 seconds the display shows the time remaining.

When the time has elapsed, "0. 00" is displayed and an audible signal sounds for 2 minutes. The signal can be stopped by pressing any button.

Meat probe
Important: Only the meat probe supplied with the oven may be used. If replacing, please use only original replacement parts. [. . . ] 2 Hold the handle, lift it upwards and the compartment goes free from the catch at the rear edge. After cleaning, place the compartment rollers on the brackets (SEE ILLUSTRATION). Lift it up slightly to start with so that the rollers do not stick in the front catch.
