Preparation 1. Mix together the minced meat, onion, egg and the breadcrumbs. Mix the meat stock with the tomato purée. Add the liquid, potatoes, carrots and parsley to the meat, mix it up well. Cover and cook on AUTO COOK (AC-2) "Mince and Onion". When the oven stops and the audible signals sound, stir and re-cover. Cover the gratin with the grated cheese. Place on the low rack and cook on AUTO 115 g grated cheese COOK plus GRILL (A1-2), "Gratin". After cooking, let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Preparation 1. Grease the gratin dish and place alternate layers of potato slices and courgette in the dish. Mix the eggs with crème fraîche, season with salt, pepper and garlic and pour over the vegetables. Cover the gratin dish with the grated Gouda cheese. Finally sprinkle the gratin with sunflower kernel. Place on the low rack and cook on AUTO COOK plus GRILL (A1-2), "Gratin". After cooking, let stand for 5-10 minutes.

Disposal of old appliances
