Preparation 1. Mix together the minced meat, onion, egg and the breadcrumbs. Place the meat dough into a casserole dish. Mix the meat stock with the tomato purée. Add the liquid, potatoes, carrots and parsley to the meat, mix it up well. Cover and cook on AUTO COOK (AC-2) "Mince and Onion". When the oven stops and the audible signals sound, stir and re-cover. After cooking, stir and stand for approx. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.

Preparation 1. Wash and dry the fish and sprinkle with lemon juice, salt and anchovy butter. Place in a gratin dish (size depends on weight). Finally sprinkle the gratin with sunflower kernel. Place on the low rack and cook on AUTO COOK plus GRILL 1 (A1-2), "Gratin". After cooking, let stand for 5-10 minutes. Cut the escalope of pork and the pork belly into 2-3 cm cubes. Thread meat and vegetables alternately on four wooden skewers. Combine the oil with the spices and brush over the kebabs. Place the kebabs on the high rack and cook on AUTO COOK plus GRILL 2 (A2-2), "Grill Skewers".
