Keep Warm - This setting allows you to warm plates or keep warm pre-cooked dishes prior to serving. Defrost - Defrosts most foods faster than some conventional methods. It is particularly suitable for delicate frozen foods which are to be served cold. TO FIT THE MAIN OVEN SHELVES The shelves should be fitted with the straight rods uppermost on the frame and the forms towards the back of the oven. If not fitted correctly the anti-tilt and safety stop mechanism will be affected. 23 THE MAIN OVEN FAN COOKING FUNCTION USES OF THE FAN COOKING FUNCTION. PREHEATING The fan oven quickly reaches its temperature so it is not usually necessary to preheat the oven.
