Then the oven switches automatically to a lower temperature to continue the cooking.

Important: Insert the grease filter when roasting. With the oven function Low temperature cooking always cook dishes uncovered without a lid. Sear the meat in a pan over a very high heat. Place it in a roasting dish or directly on the shelf with a tray underneath to catch the fat. Select oven function Low temperature cooking , change the temperature if necessary and cook until done (see table).
