[. . . ] Do not put carbonated liquids (fizzy drinks, etc. ) in the freezing compartment as they may burst. Once defrosted, food deteriorates rapidly and cannot be refrozen. Interior Accessories Ice-cube production This appliance is equipped with one or more trays for the production of ice-cubes. Fill these trays with water, then put them in the freezer compartment. Do not use metallic instruments to remove the trays from the freezer. Maintenance Unplug the appliance before carrying out any maintenance operation. Defrosting Refrigerator compartment Defrosting the refrigerator compartment is automatic. The defrost water drains out through a trough into a container at the back of the appliance, above the motor compressor, where it evaporates.
