If the appliance is fully loaded and the dishes heavily soiled, the "pre wash", "main wash" and "rinsing" elements of the programme are longer and the water consumption level is higher. For this reason the programme duration, water and energy consumption levels can vary within the stated range for AUTOMATIC programmes (see Programme Table). In this way, the dishes are always optimally washed while water and electricity consumption are kept low.
