Before carrying out the operations described below, pull out the mains plug from the wall socket. Proceed as follows:
a) remove bottom hinge (5); b) remove door (4); c) unscrew pin (2) from the top hinge (1) and refit

d) unscrew part (6) and refit it on the opposite si-

e) refit the door and the bottom hinge on the op-
posite side;
f) take off the handle cover, remove handle (3)
and refit it on the opposite side.
Electrical connection
Before plugging in, ensure that the voltage and frequency shown on the serial number plate correspond to your domestic power supply. Voltage can vary by ±6% of the rated voltage. For operation with different voltages, a suitably sized auto-transformer must be used.

Starting-up and Temperature Regulation
Insert the plug into the wall socket, the pilot light «C» will light up to show that the appliance is working. Turn knob «E» beyond the « » position. To safely store frozen and deep-frozen foods, the inner temperature of the freezer must be at least 18°C or colder. Therefore, we suggest you turn the knob «E» to a medium setting. The temperature inside the freezer is automatically adjusted to ensure safe storage of the food. However if the appliance works in unfavourable room conditions such as poor ventilation, high ambient temperature and frequent door openings, it might be necessary to select a more suitable setting. to obtain lower temperatures and, conversely, to the min. Freezer operation can be halted by turning knob «E» to position « ».
Quick freezing
Slide switch «A» (Fig. 3) towards the left to position «S» («SUPER») The pilot lamp «B» will then light up.
