9. 1 Loading the laundry
Press button 1 to activate the appliance. Use the correct quantity of detergent and additives. Set and start the correct programme for the type of laundry and soil.

Put the laundry. Make sure to not put too much laundry into the drum. Close the drum and the lid of your washing machine.

• Measure out the detergent and the fabric conditioner.

• Position A for powder detergent (factory setting). When you use the liquid detergent: – Do not use gelatinous or thick liquid detergents. – Do not put more liquid then the maximum level.

Turn the programme knob. The related programme indicator comes on.

Press button 1 to cancel the programme and to deactivate the appliance. Press button 1 again to activate the appliance. Now, you can set a new washing programme. The appliance does not drain the water.
The indicator of button 4 flashes with red colour. The display shows the default temperature and spin speed. [. . . ] Adjust manually the items in the tub and start the spin phase again. Put in the mains plug.

The mains plug is not connected in the mains socket. Blow out fuse in the household fuse box. The Child Lock function is activated.
