4. The hob is best cleaned while it is still warm, as spillage can be removed more easily than if it is left to cool. For your safety, do not clean the appliance with steam blasters or high-pressure cleaners. The stainless steel can become tarnished if it is too much heated. Refer to this you must not cook with potstones, earthenware pans or cast iron plates. Do not use aluminium foil to prevent damage the top during operation.
