[. . . ] · Do not open the door unnecessarily and close it again as quickly as possible. · Set the most energy-saving frozen food storage temperature (see "Starting up and temperature regulation"). · Keep the heat-emitting condenser (heat exchanger), the metal grille on the rear wall of your appliance, clean. Thoroughly clean it at least once per year. 21 Mounting under a continuos worktop Supplied with the appliance is a kit including a venting grille (B) and two brackets (A) to fix the appliance to the kitchen unit. Fit the two brackets on the upper hinges (see detail) and fix them by means of the screws supplied with the kit. Insert the appliance into the kitchen unit recess and fix the two brackets to the unit by means of two woodscrews. Push-fit the front venting grille (B) in its housing. A B 1 2 3 4 Rehingeing the door Before connecting your appliance to the power supply, you should check whether the door hinge should be changed over from right (as delivered) to left if required by the installation site and operability. Tilt the appliance slightly towards the rear and prop it securely. Remove pivot (1) from the top hinge and refit it in the outer hole of the hinge on the opposite side. Remove handle (2) and refit it on the opposite side. 22 Pannelling the door Take off the door frame section opposite to the door handle. Loosen, without removing them, all remaining screws securing the door frame. Slide in the decor panel from the frameless side, then fasten again the frame to the door including the previously removed frame section. Note The overall dimensions of the decor panel must be 1 to 2 mm less than those of the door, with a maximum thickness of 4 mm. 21 Cleaning before using for the first time Like all new appliances, your refrigerator will smell "new". For this reason, the interior of the refrigerator and all accessories sh oul d be cleaned before use (see also "CIeaning and care"). The rating plate is located inside the appliance. 23 Starting up and temperature regulation Insert the plug of the connection lead into the plug socket with protective earth con2 tact.
