However when the ice becomes very thick on the inner liner, complete defrosting should be carried out as follows: Remove the frozen food from the freezer, wrap it in several layers of newspaper and put it in a very cool place. Commercially available dish washing detergents may also be used. Check the water drain hole on the rear wall of the fridge. Clear a blocked drain hole with the aid of the drain cleaning tool included with the appliance.
