Press the whisk or dough hooks into the attachment holder (7) at the bottom of the hand mixer until you feel it/them click in. 1 The two dough hooks have different insertion shapes. The quick mix rod can only be operated in the instant setting. If the slide is pulled back as far as it will go, the hand mixer can be rested on it during a rest. After use unscrew the quick mix rod by turning it anti-clockwise.
