Remove the bottom filter cover by grasping the right edge and pivoting to the left. Pull filter frame from unit by pulling on tab in center. 2. Remove the two screws from the top of the hood. 8 O n s o m e m o d e l s, remove filter pad and shake to remove excess dust. If necessary this pad can be cleaned by vacuuming with another cleaner.
