Using Manual Exposure Mode
With Manual Exposure mode, users can manually adjust the shutter speed and the aperture value.
To activate Manual Exposure
1. Select from the Scene Mode submenu.

2. Press SET button to enter the adjust mode. Use the or keys to select the shutter speed keys to select the
options or Use the or aperture value options.
4. Use the or keys to increase or decrease the aperture or shutter speed values. Use the SET button to switch between aperture and shutter speed adjustment and vice versa. Press the shutter button to capture the image.

When you half press the shutter button, the difference between the correct and selected exposure is displayed in red.

Setting the Drive Mode
Your camera features a Self-timer and Burst which can be set in the Drive mode function in the Record Menu. The Self-timer allows you to take photos after a pre-defined delay. While burst lets you take consecutive shots. This function is only available in recording still images. The Drive mode setting is automatically set to off when you turn off the camera.

To set the Drive Mode
1. From the Record menu, select Drive Mode. Use the or keys to go through the selection.

3. Press the SET button to save and apply changes. The table below shows the available Drive mode settings.

AEB stands for Automatic Exposure Bracketing. [. . . ] Replace card or delete unnecessary files. Set the correct TV-out type to match your TV system. The type of the battery used may be incorrect or the battery power level is too low. Change the battery or charge the battery before using the camera.
