The files you create are organized in alphabetical order. It is also possible to organize them by family: Private , Professional , and Other . (See page 31) 7. 3 Available options From the list of names in your directory, you can access the following options by pressing the key: OK View Create Zoom Modify Display the contents of each file Create a file Change the character size Modify file contents Alphabetical/ Display files by family: Private, Professional, By Family Other, None OK Delete Delete the selected file 30 Classify Ring tones File Number Back to list Classify the selected file in the appropriate family Assign a melody to a family Change the file number Return to the previous screen 7. 4 Assigning a file to a family To differentiate your files, you can classify them in groups called families: Private , Profession. A different ring tone can be assigned to each family. This classification will allow you to easily distinguish a professional call from a private call. It is possible to screen incoming calls by family. (See page 64) 7. 5 Assigning a ring tone to a family When you receive a call from a contact classified in a particular family, the ring tone for the incoming call will be the one assigned to that family. An icon is also assigned to each of the families, allowing you to easily recognize your caller's family. 31 7. 6 Temporary SIM card When you create a file, you can include 3 different numbers (Home, Office, Mobile). If you change SIM cards, an informational message will be displayed when the telephone is switched on.
