The dual-zone pad (triggers sounds at the center and rim) is the snare drum. Loosen the screw on the clamp of the kick drum pedal (J). Secure the clamp onto the protruding edge of the kick drum pad (K),  and tighten the screw. Turn on the module first,  then your speakers or monitors. TIPS Use the zipties (P) to secure excess cable length to the rack once you have arranged everything to your satisfaction. If you are playing on a hardwood floor,  make sure the screws at the corners of the pedals are retracted or removed so they do not damage the floor. If you are playing on a carpeted floor,  the velcro at the bottom of the pedals will secure them to the carpet,  and you can use the screw to secure them further.
