[. . . ] When it is time to magnetize the tire, depending on the type of car, the space between the tire and the body of the car may be narrow making it difficult to rub the tire with the magnet used for magnetizing. If possible, rubbing the whole surface of the tire (over this range) is recommended. Move the car about 1 meter ahead (or back). When summer tires and winter tires are used, the appropriate tire must be magnetized for each set of tires. To raise the accuracy of the navigation system, it is recommended that the tire be magnetized regularly about once a year. If you feel that the error of the navigation system has increased, try magnetizing the tire at that time.
