Install four AA batteries (not included) into the battery compartments on the bottom of the iM4 system (two to each compartment). MP3 Players or other portable audio devices can be connected to the iM4 system by plugging the iM4 retractable signal cable into your device's "line-out, " "audio-out, " or headphone jack. This is the only input connection that needs to be made. After this connection is made, insert the barrel connector from the universal power supply into the connector marked on the rear of the iM4 system.
