Installation Instructions

Warning: Do not touch the screws on the bottom housing (Figure 4). Loosening these screws could cause the computer to overheat and damage internal components. Unplug the power cord.

Installing the AirPort Card
Note: If you are replacing a defective AirPort Card, rather than adding a card, remove the defective card before proceeding. Connect the AirPort antenna firmly to the AirPort Card (Figure 4). Figure 4

Closing the Computer
1. Replace the access panel and tighten the four captive screws (Figure 6). Reconnect all cables and restart the computer. Warning: Never turn on the computer unless all of its internal and external parts are in place and it is closed. Operating the computer when it is open or missing parts can damage your computer or cause injury.
