The unit is connected to electrical voltage (230V and power supply from the telephone network). Do not use the unit or telephones connected to it, if the connection or installation cables are damaged. [. . . ] For any changes of these programmed values, please contact your operator or an authorized person (or refer to the operation manual). Note: At an analog terminal the park or unpark procedure is started with a calibrated flash (RR). As this flash is within the rotary-dial specification, it is not possible to decode a timed break and rotary-dial-pulses at the same time. This means that if the TP feature should be used, it is not possible to dial from a rotarydial terminal. Note: The service MCID is used in special situations and normally only for a certain time period. Normally you have to subscribe to this service and certain settings need to be made in the network and in the NT+2ab Mark II. To keep the usage of this service as easy as possible (and to allow, that the caller is not informed about the registration) all other services which are using the RR are barred for this time. If you have activated the "Call waiting" function (programmed parameter), incoming calls are signaled by a special ringing tone (while you are connected). You can either reject or accept the waiting call. Accepting the new call can be made by rejecting the active connection or by putting the active call in HOLD To reject the new call (keep on with the existing call) Setting / Action Code for the analog telephone Reaction in the telephone Keep the existing call · RR · Invite-tone for code (reject the waiting call) ·0 · The new call is rejected To accept the new call (reject the existing) Setting / Action Code for the analog telephone Reaction in the telephone Change to the new call · RR · Invite-tone for code (the old is finished) ·1 · Connected to the new call (the old is terminated) If you reject one of the calls (either the existing or the new call), you will only have one active connection (no connections in HOLD).
