It is recommended that you save AFLASH. EXE and the BIOS file to a bootable floppy disk. To save your current BIOS, type [1] at the Main Menu and then press <Enter>. See the next page for procedures on downloading an updated BIOS file. To update your current BIOS, type [2] at the Main Menu and then press <Enter>. The Update BIOS Including Boot Block and ESCD screen appears. For example, you may want to enable the Security Password Feature or make changes to the power management settings. It will then be necessary to reconfigure your system using the BIOS Setup program so that the computer can recognize these changes and record them in the CMOS RAM of the EEPROM. The EEPROM on the motherboard stores the Setup utility. When you turn on the computer, the system provides you with the opportunity to run this program. This appears during the Power-On Self Test (POST). Press <Delete> to call up the Setup utility.
