[. . . ] Connections To connect your monitor after the video adapter is properly installed: 1. Turn OFF the power to your computer and all its attached options. Position the monitor and the computer so that you can easily get to the back panel of each. Connect the signal cable with D-sub connector to the graphics board on your PC as described in your PC Owner's Manual. Tighten the screws on the video cable connectors to keep them from coming loose and to prevent radio and TV interference. Connect the power cord to the AC receptacle on the back of the monitor. Plug the other end of the power cord into a properly grounded electrical outlet. The socket-outlet should be installed near the equipment and should be easily accessible. * Other Users: To work with equipment using a different connector than on the cable supplied, you may need to purchase an adapter cable or adapter block to attach the monitor to your equipment. Example: For MACII users, you might need an adapter block to change from the high density (3 row) db-15 VGA connector on the supplied cable to a standard (2 row) db-15 connector for your MAC II. * This product is also designed for IT power system with Phase to Phase voltage 230V.

Buttons on the front of the monitor allow you to adjust image easily through an OSD menu. If you turned the control more than one Click, a different icon may be highlighted. Move the control until the " " icon is selected. The OSD system should look like :

The bar graph shows you the current level of the selected "H-Position" control. Use the Adjustment control knob to increase or decrease the level to fit the screen or your desired size. When you have finished, press the Enter ( ) button once to return to Main Menu1 to make another selection. If you have completely finished using the OSD after you have returned to Main Menu1, you can double Click the Enter button to exit the OSD. OSD Adjustment and Selection Items In the previous section, you were introduced to the procedure of selecting and adjusting an item using the OSD system. There are four Main Menu pages: the first one has the 4 most commonly used items, and the second page has items that are used less frequently. If the power indicator is orange and you wish to use the PC again, move your mouse pointer or touch a keyboard button. When the monitor is not in use, save energy by turning it off.
