If you should have any questions, please contact our Service Department on the Hotline number 0180 5 00 13 88. Under no circumstances open the unit yourself and do not try to carry out your own repairs. If you want to look through the whole phone book, do not enter a letter but confirm directly with OK. Note: If no phone number with the initial letter entered has been stored, the display will show the error message "No Matched Record!" and a new letter can be re-entered after about 4 seconds. The display shows a telephone number with the required initial letter. If several names with the same initial letter have been stored, you can page through the phone book using and button. If you have not entered an initial letter, page through the phone the and buttons until you have found the required number. Confirm with OK and the number will be deleted. The display will again show the message "Input Name/Quit" and you can delete further telephone numbers by continuing with the entry from Step 5. If you do not wish to delete any more telephone numbers, exit programming with the MENUE button. Every call is automatically saved in a caller list with telephone number, date and time. In this way, you can tell whether and by whom you have been called, even after you have been away. If the caller is not able to transmit his telephone number, only the date and time will appear. Your telephone can store up to 50 calls in the caller list. You can also save the phone numbers in this list in your phone book. If you were not able to take a call in your absence, a message will automatically appear in the display. You can bring the message up in the display at any time using the MENUE button. "Total: XX New: XX" The number following "Total:" shows the total number of calls that have been counted. The number following "New:" shows the new calls that have not yet been checked. In the bottom line, the display now shows the storage location and the telephone number of the last incoming call (not transmitted by all callers). It is also shown, at the end of the bottom line, whether this is a new call (indicated by N). the date and the time of the call are shown in the top line. [. . . ] Switch the telephone to emergency mode and then unplug and replace the phone cable. Both ISDN channels are occupied by other devices (ISDN PC card).
