By using the Roaming menu option, you can determine which signals your cellular telephone accepts. The Location feature allows the network to detect your position. Turning Location off will hide your location from everyone except 911. SETTINGS SECURITY Prevents unauthorized use of your cellular telephone. Turning location "on" lets the network detect your geographic location using GPS, making some features easier to use. Turing location "off" disables GPS, but some features may still detect your whereabouts using cell tower technology.
