Repeat Step 1 to Step 5 from the previous section, Adding A New User. Choose the user you want to delete from the list. A warning message appears to confirm your deletion. Click Save to permanently save all the latest changes, or Exit to leave without saving any latest changes. 4-20 Administration SETTING YOUR FREQUENTLY USED MESSAGE To set your frequently used message, 1. Repeat Step 1 to Step 4 from the previous section, Adding a New User. The Administrator screen appears. 2. Choose Message to prompt the following Message dialog. 4-21 3. Since only the administrator can manage the address book, it is highly recommended that the administrator read this chapter before manage @V5100. Managing Your E-mail Address Book ADDING AN E-MAIL ADDRESS To add an e-mail address, 1. 5. 0 or higher, or Netscape Communicator 6. 0 or higher. 2.
