In this manual, symbols are used to highlight important safety instructions and any advice relating to the device. The device must only be connected to a properly installed single socket with protective contact. Never yank cord to disconnect from outlet. See that the cable does not touch any heat sources or sharp edges. During operation some parts of the device become very hot. In order to avoid injuries do not touch any hot parts!Do not use the device in case it does not function properly, has been damaged or dropped. Do not use any accessory or spare parts that have not been recommended by the manufacturer. These can be dangerous for the user or lead to damages of the device or personal injury, and further, the warranty expires. Do not lay the cable over carpets or heat insulations. Keep away the cable from operating range and do not dunk it into water. We recommend the use of perforated GN-containers for fish, in order to collect the juice resulting from cooking. use perforated 2/3 GN-containers for vegetables or potatoes. When using a perforated GN-container for food preparation, place an unperforated GN-container on the slide rails underneath in order to collect the juices or fats resulting from cooking. The suitable 2/3 GN-containers may be inserted into the 4 slide rails of the device. You may as well use other baking, frying or casserole dishes suitable for high temperatures. Simply place these at the required height on top of the grill. The use of smaller baking, frying or casserole dishes leads to better results. See that the appropriate accessories are chosen, in order to ensure an even heat developement in the containers and the combi steamer. By using the steam regulator we can control how much steam is released into the cooking chamber. In this manner, the intensity of steam in the cooking chamber can be adjusted. When steam cooking or using the combined cooking function, use the steam regulator to control the steam quantity.
