Wash them separately without exceeding half the appliance load. Use programme 11 which excludes the spin cycle automatically. Quilted coats and windbreakers: if they are padded with goose or duck down, they can be machine-washed. Turn the garments inside out and load a maximum of 2-3 kg, repeating the rinse cycle once or twice and using the delicate spin cycle. They can be washed together with jeans and other tough garments, but not with whites.
