Press this field to toggle between the kilometre and mile display. Setting > Confirm your settings by hitting the OK key. Meaning Points of in- If you activate this entry, terest points of interest are displayed in the map. Street names If you activate this entry, (2D) all street names are displayed in the 2D map. (can only be selected if the option Full map was subsequently selected in Map mode. ) The Route info key In the Route info settings window, you can set which additional information you would like displayed during route guidance. > Press Route info in the settings menu. > With the option buttons, press on either or to enable or disable the requirements. > Confirm your selection by pressing the OK key. The Route info settings menu appears. The following settings are possible. Meaning Map mode Select the map display option by pressing the button: Full map - the complete map is displayed. Split screen - a split screen appears with map and arrow display. Arrow only - only an arrow display appears. Info final des- Displays ETA, distance tination remaining, time until arrival at the main destination. Info next des- Displays ETA, distance tination remaining, time until arrival at the part-way destination. Country Info When this function is activated, you automatically receive general traffic information relating to the relevant country when crossing its national border (e. g. speed limits). Setting NAVIGATIONAL MODE Note: Depending upon which setting you have selected in Map mode, certain settings in this menu and some of the settings described under "The Map info key" on page 59 can no longer be selected. > With the option buttons, press on either or to enable or disable the setting. > Confirm your selection by pressing the OK key. The Speed key Use the Speed configuration window to choose whether or not you wish to have speed limits displayed during navigation. You can also choose whether or not to receive an acoustic warning if you exceed the speed limit. Note: This information can only be displayed if it is contained in the map material. > Press Speed in the settings menu.
