You can engage the equalizer with the EQ IN switch , this is indicated by the illumination of the faders. 2. 4. 9 Digital effects processor A special feature of the MX1804X is its integrated effects processor, which supplies the same quality, as our well-known 19" effects processor VIRTUALIZER. This effects module offers 32 different standard effects like reverb, chorus, flanger, delay, pitch shifter and various combination effects. With the FX sends in each channels in combination with the FX master send you can feed the signal to the effects processor. Make sure that the LED level display on the effects module always displays a sufficiently high level, without the CLIP LED lighting up. With the two UP and DOWN buttons you can choose the desired preset. The rate of change can be accelerated by pressing the opposite button while holding down the first. In order to activate the selected preset, you press the ENTER button . The display shows the activated preset number. You can choose the appropriate preset from the list to the right of the level display of the effects module. By using the FX PROCESSOR DIRECT IN inputs , you can also connect an external signal directly with the effect processor. 2. Particularly suitable for solo instruments and voices. Plate: The sound of early reverb plates. A classic reverb program for drums and solo voices. Hall: Simulation of a small, highly reverberating hall. Use short reverb times (Small Hall) to process drum instruments or medium reverb times (Medium Hall) to enhance wind instruments.
