TEMPERATURE CONTROL AND ADJUSTMENT The operating temperature is regulated by the temperature control. The interior temperature also depends on ambient temperature, the frequency with which the door is opened and the amount of food kept inside. When defrosting has finished, fold back the spout and dry the interior thoroughly. Turn the thermostat knob to 3 and press fast freeze switch.
