[. . . ] LEVEL Control The rotary Level control works in conjunction with the PAD switch to adjust the gain for that input channel (mic and line inputs). They also control the output of the internal power amplifiers when the routing switch is set to 'STEREO'. MASTER EFFECT Control Sets the overall output level towards the built-in Digital multieffect unit (= Effect Send). TAPE IN (RCA Sockets) L/R Connect these input sockets with the output of your tape recorder,  MD recorder etc. In order to monitor your tape,  recording etc. EFFECT SEND Sends all EFX signals which arrive from input channels 1. When using external effect units with only one output,  use only the 'R Mono' socket. When using external effect units with stereo outputs,  use both sockets Return L / R.  [. . . ] The wiring of these connectors must be: PIN1+ = (+) PIN1- = (-) [. . . ]
