The fresh media supply is coupled to this slow flow tube and the dish aspiration needle is attached to the faster flow tube. The level in the dish is controlled by adjusting the depth of the aspiration needle. This technique works well with all Delta T perfusable accessories. 
Note: The Hinged Perfusion Adapters (shown) can be replaced by the Perfusable Coverglass Lid for closed system perfusion.
