1 Perfusion tubing,  1/16" ID supply line (keep as short as possible) 2 FCS3 Micro-Perfusion Pump (recommended for prolonged,  controlled perfusion in delicate optical cavities) 3 Tee adapter (adds low volume syringe to facilitate manual perfusion when loading chamber) 4 Luer adapter (female,  adapts Luer taper syringe to 1/16" tubing) 5 Low volume glass syringe

Luer adapter (male,  adapts 1/16" tubing to female Luer lock) Alternate media glass syringe (growth factors,  inhibitors,  etc. ) Three-way valve (switches source of perfusion; pump or manual) FCS3 Chamber Tubing to waste container Tee adapter (place at same height as chamber,  open top of tee to prevent siphoning)
