1 Display (touchscreen): Simple and intuitive operation by touching the buttons on the display. 2 VOL -: Decreases the volume 3 On/Off switch: · Long press (for longer than 1 second): Switches the device on · Long press (for longer than 3 seconds): Switches the device off · Short press: Calls up the main menu 4 VOL +: Increases the volume 5 Socket for additional external TMC antenna (internal TMC antenna is present) 6 Memory card slot 7 Socket for power supply (battery charger or charger cable for the cigarette lighter) 8 Stylus for operation on the display 9 Digital camera, among other things for recognising signs : Light sensor for automatic display brightness (top side) ; Socket for additional external GPS antenna (internal GPS antenna is present) < Battery compartment cover = DVB-T antenna (extendable) > Socket for additional external DVB-T antenna ?· Do not modify or open the device. Camera function | Entertainment

Activate the photo function in the settings (Video mode off (no check mark)). u Touch the VOL - or VOL + button to take a picture. The photos are stored in the "TravelPilot" > "Photo" directory. Touch the button to display the u photo album. In the photo album, you start the presentation of all the photos. You can also delete all the photos or select or delete a specific photo (touch the file name). u Touch the button to exit the menu.
Entertainment
In the Entertainment menu, you can play music, image and video files. Or you can pass the time with watching TV (DVB-T) or various games. Distraction from the traffic can cause accidents Do not use the Entertainment functions if you are the driver. It is allowed to use the applications while the vehicle is standing and the engine is switched off.
Filming
Note: Videos are recorded using the 4:3 format. Activate the video function in the settings (Video mode on (check mark)). Touch the VOL - or VOL + button to start and stop the recording. During the filming, the recording time is displayed. The videos are stored in the "TravelPilot" > "Video" directory. Touch the button to display the video recordings. Touch the video recording you want to view. The operation is identical to that of the Entertainment video playback (ch. "Entertainment", "Playing video files"). Touch the button to exit the menu.
Inserting and removing the memory card
The device uses data regardless of whether they are located in memory or on the memory card. u Insert your memory card with the contacts to the front in the card slot until the card engages.
