Pans for the frying sensor system
A pan for frying is included. The control function will not work if other pans are used. The pan may be sold as an optional accessory at specialist electrical shops. You can also cook your meals using very little fat.
What you should know
Never heat fat unattended. Place the pan centrally on the hotplate. Otherwise the control function will not work. Only use fat which is suitable for frying. For butter, margarine, olive oil or lard select the lowest frying setting.

Setting procedure
Select the appropriate frying setting from the table. cooking time symbol.
The A in the display flashes.
2. Turn the hotplate control until the indicator light
next to the desired frying setting lights up.
A warning sounds when the frying temperature is reached. The indicator light on the temperature symbol goes out.
3. Add the fat and then the food to the pan.
Turn as normal to prevent burning. When the meal is ready Note Switch off the hotplate control and remove the pan from the hotplate. It takes slightly longer to reach the temperature. The pan does not overheat.
