To select the options, press one or more of the "Options" buttons 5 (for more details, please refer to the section "DETAILS OF THE OPTIONS").

For each of the above, the machine only proposes the values or options compatible with the selected programme.
·PROGRAMMING
·Programming a washing cycle:
-- Press the "On/Off" button 8 .
Your machine gives you the time and suggests the manufacturer's programme or the programme you use most often, the programme's length and when it would end.
-- If the suggested programme does not suit you, turn the knob 1 to select a new washing programme. Every time you make an alteration, if necessary, the machine automatically -- If you wish: updates the cycle length and the time it - Alter the temperature using button 3 , will end and suggests that you press - Alter the spin speed (new spin speed, drain or stop with tub full) using button 4 , "Start" for an immediate start - Or select one or more options using the relevant buttons 5 .

Throughout the cycle, the screen shows you the phase the cycle is in, the remaining time before the end of the cycle and the finishing time.

·Adding or removing an item during the cycle (impossible during spinning):
The machine indicates that it is paused -- Press the "Start/Pause" 2 button to interrupt the cycle. and that you must press "Start" to -- Add or remove the item or items *. -- Press the "Start/Pause" 2 button to continue the cycle. (*) It may take 1 or 2 minutes for the lid to unlock NB: If you have selected a delayed washing cycle (in "Finishing Time" or "Delayed Start" mode), you can access the drum immediately at any time during the phase before the washing cycle starts without having to interrupt and restart the cycle.
·Cancelling while programming or washing or during a pause:
-- Press the "On/Off" button 8 . This operation can be performed during programming, during the waiting period before the cycle actually starts and throughout the whole washing cycle. It also cancels the "Children's Safety" system. NB: Cancellation requires you, in all the cases, to reprogramme everything from the start. If you have cancelled during washing, remember to drain away the water if necessary.

·End of the cycle:
NB: After spinning, your washing machine automatically positions the drum opening at the top to provide easy access to the washing. -- Then the screen notifies you that you can remove your laundry by displaying "End". This message is accompanied by the end of cycle alert if you have selected this function. You can then open the lid and remove your laundry.
-- Press the "On/Off" button 8 .

Important:
During the "end of cycle" phase, if you press one of the buttons 2 , 3 , 4 or 5 , this is not taken into account but instead lets you return to "Programming" mode. We recommend, as a safety measure, that you close the water supply tap and unplug the power cable.
·Maintaining your machine's performance (Maintaining the pump filter):
You must clean the drain pump filter regularly (for how to do this, see the section "CLEANING THE PUMP FILTER").
Important :
Your machine's performance can be affected if you do not clean the pump filter regularly.
For more details on the various functions, please refer to the sections "DETAILS OF THE PROGRAMMES" and "DETAILS OF THE OPTIONS".

·CHILDREN'S SAFETY SYSTEM
-- To protect your programming, activate the "Children's Safety" system by simultaneously pressing the 2nd and 4th option buttons 5 . When this safety system is active, the symbol is displayed. -- To deactivate the "Children's Safety" system, press both buttons again simultaneously. NB: You can activate or deactivate the "Children's Safety" system at any time. Of course, we recommend that you only activate it after you have programmed and started the cycle.

7 / SPECIAL MESSAGES SHOWN ON THE DISPLAY
·INCIDENTS INDICATED, WHICH YOU CAN REPAIR YOURSELF
In this section, we explain how you can rectify these incidents very easily yourself. Your appliance automatically detects certain operating problems and notifies you of these by special messages that appear on the screen, by the incident warning symbol flashing and by issuing a continuous "beep".
·INCIDENTS INDICATED REQUIRING A BREAKDOWN ENGINEER
Important:
Check that the message displayed is not for an incident you can repair yourself. Your machine also detects some operating faults that systematically require the services of a breakdown engineer and informs you of this through other messages of we provide some examples below. In this case, the screen shows "Incident d. . [. . . ]
