We have invested all our dedication and know-how in this appliance so that it would best meet your needs. With innovation and performance, we designed it to be always easy to use. [. . . ] -- Hold the button 6 A down until the "Current Time" function flashes. -- Briefly press the button 6 , the hours flash without the minutes. Set the hour by turning the knob 7 (this is set hour by hour over 24 hours). -- Briefly press the button 6 , the minutes flash. Set the minutes using the knob 7 (these are set minute by minute over one hour). -- Press the button 6 briefly to record your setting. When the clock setting is confirmed, the current time stays fixed for a very short period and then the "Finishing Time" function is displayed . Your machine is now ready to use this function. ·Changing "Summer Time / Winter Time": -- Proceed in the same way as above. ·Power failure during a cycle: -- When the power is restored, the program continues its normal course. If you had programmed a "Finishing Time" , this flashes. Important: If there is a power failure during a cycle, the "Current Time" is cut off throughout the interruption. If you want to use the "Finishing Time" function again, you must reprogramme the current time. 19 EN 4 / PROGRAMMING YOUR MACHINE Display ·SETTING THE FUNCTIONS ·Setting the "Finishing Time": Important: Before you can use the "Finishing Time" function, you must first have set the "Current Time" on the clock. -- Press the "On/Off" button to switch on your machine. -- Press the "Start/Pause" 2 button to continue the cycle. (*) It may take 1 or 2 minutes for the lid to unlock NB: If you have selected a delayed washing cycle (in "Finishing Time" or "Delayed Start" mode), you can access the drum immediately at any time during the phase before the washing cycle starts without having to interrupt and restart the cycle. ·Cancelling while programming or washing or during a pause: -- Press the "On/Off" button 8 . This operation can be performed during programming, during the waiting period before the cycle actually starts and throughout the whole washing cycle. It also cancels the "Children's Safety" system. NB: Cancellation requires you, in all the cases, to reprogramme everything from the start. If you have cancelled during washing, remember to drain away the water if necessary. ·End of the cycle: NB: After spinning, your washing machine automatically positions the drum opening at the top to provide easy access to the washing. -- Then, the screen shows "Stop", indicating the end of the cycle. Press on the "On/Off" button 8 . You can now open the lid and remove your washing. ·Maintaining your machine's performance (Maintaining the pump filter): You must clean the drain pump filter regularly (for how to do this, see the section "CLEANING THE PUMP FILTER"). Important : Your machine's performance can be affected if you do not clean the pump filter regularly. For more details on the various functions, please refer to the sections "PROGRAMME DETAILS" and "DETAILS OF THE OPTIONS". Important: In the "End of Cycle" phase, when "Stop" is displayed, if one of the buttons 2 , 3 , 4 or 5 is pressed this is not taken in account but returns you to "Programming" mode. We recommend, as a safety measure, that, at the end of a cycle, you turn off the water tap and unplug the power cable (When you plug the cable in again, remember to reprogramme the "Current Time"). 21 EN 4 / PROGRAMMING YOUR MACHINE ·SOME EXAMPLES OF PROGRAMMES To select the most suitable programme for your type of washing, follow the instructions on the labels that most textiles bear.
