For Best Results Operating Instructions For Batter BreadsTM Cycle PLEASE NOTE: 20 DOUGH CYCLE INSTRUCTIONS · The DOUGH setting is used to make a variety of bread dough types (with the exception Pizza dough). · After the end of the first rise, remove the dough, shape it, and bake it in a conventional oven. · Dough Cycle takes 1 hour 30 minutes. Pizza Dough · The Pizza Dough setting will simplify Pizza Dough preparation. When the dough is ready, roll it out with a rolling pin and top with your favorite toppings. Then bake in a conventional oven, following the times and temperatures given in your recipe. 21 JAM CYCLE INSTRUCTIONS The Jam Cycle is very similar to the Batter BreadsTM Cycle.
